For those of you who do not know, “la multi ani” roughly translates to happy birthday. This was a very happy birthday indeed – except maybe the part of repeatedly being lifted into the air on a wooden chair. That night there was plenty of excitement and it seemed that the stage, if you will, was always in movement – a toast there, singing over here, and dancing over there. This called for some quick footwork, no pun intended, to capture all of the one-of-a-kind moments. Anatolie puts his friends and family before himself. He makes sure that you are greeted at the door, your glass and plate are full, and that you are having a wonderful time. I hope that this short film will be a reflection of your great character, Anatolie, and a memorable way to relive your birthday.
